Ghuram is an ancient village with a rich historical background.It is about 35 km from Patiala on the Patiala-Pehova road. The village is known for two things,namely Gurudwara Milapsar Baoli Sahib and Makbara Pir Bhikam Shah.

It is said that Lord Rama's mother, Kaushalaya belonged to Ghuram and it was at this place , where now gurudwara stands, that the marriage party of Raja Dashrath of Ayodhya had stayed.There is an old well (baoli) here believed to be relating to the times of Ramayana.Later on this place was visited by Guru Gobind Singh who met Pir Bhikam Shah here.A fair is held here in the monthof February which is visited by a large number of people.
