About the School History Sikh Educational Society, Shiromani Budha Dal was founded in 1984 under the patronage of Baba Santa Singh Ji with the primary aim of bringing Public School education within the reach of the masses. Budha Dal Public School, Patiala, was its first venture and has carved a niche for itself amongst the leading schools in Patiala. Buoyed by the response it received at Patiala, the Management launched a similar institute on 16 acres of land on the Samana-Patron Road at Samana. Within a span of 8 years, the School has 800 students on its rolls with 36 teachers. Aims and Objectives The School aims at the following objectives: To create among students a sense of duty and discipline. To develop qualities of leadership among students to help them achieve success in various aspects of life. To help develop an integrated personality. To develop in students spiritual and moral values and to create an awareness of cultural heritage. | |
