About the School Introduction A.R.K.S. Sr. Sec. School, Patiala was established in 1955, by Seth Chiranji Lal in the memory of his late uncle, Seth Atma Ram. In 1986-1987, the + 2 system was introduced under the National Policy of Education. Managing Committee The School is managed by an Educational Board, which consists of 16 members.
